About The Coach

You’ve always thrived in the human-to-human connection. Growing up, you may remember always being in a service-based, helping, or fixing role.

The name of your game is being on the ground, with the people, shepherding them through a transformation.

  • You’ve always loved watching people completely transform, and being a part of that process is truly where you thrive.
  • Your main goal is always to provide your client with the result, and to be with them while it happens.
  • You love finding the little nuances of support needs on coaching calls, and giving them the medicine they can’t see for themselves.
  • You see their potential SO clearly, it’s all just about unlocking that and showing them what you can see in them. 

You likely have had an easier time getting referrals from your clients because you’re *so* in it with them, and probably are dumbfounded when other coaches seemingly have difficulty with that.

You hear the same problems over and over, and know exactly how to provide the solution to them through your coaching experience.

You’re motivated to become a masterful coach, which means working on your inter-personal communication skills is of EXTREMELY high interest to you. 

You know the value of your work is when someone is actually with you, so you have no problem giving out information–because it’s the 1:1 or 1:many work that actually helps people.

The container is EVERYTHING to you. 

You feel inspired by connection, and you learn equally as much from your clients as they learn from you. Without your clients, you almost feel “lost” with your content and “disconnected” from your message.

Work For A Coach

As the Coach, your job is to solve people’s problems. You likely have been helping your loved ones solve problems your entire life, and this comes extremely naturally to you.

However, this could also leave you over-extending yourself and/or taking over responsibility for your client results.

Know this, coach: it’s not your responsibility to change the client–it’s on them to do the work.

You are the shepard. The guide. The practitioner–not the fixer.
